During this meeting I check up on your progress in the organization. Secondly, I take notice of your needs and wishes for the D-Day. I need as much information as possible si I can create the perfect schedule!

Above all, I am available to answer all your questions (and to help you relax when the stress is here!) by email, phone call or messages. My favorite way to communicate : a group message with you two so you both are aware of what is happening.

Once I have all the information I need, I create your D-Day schedule, keeping in mind : all the ceremonies, commuting between the venues, your wishes and needs. Once you’ve approved it, I share this schedule with the vendors and make sure they have each other’s contact information

From the first meeting to the D-Day, I coordinate your interactions with the vendors. I also check that everything is legal, that your demands have been considered and I help you following the payments schedule. Then I make sure they get to know each other before the wedding so they can work together properly.

I will be by your side all day to guide your guests, respect the planning and ensure that the vendors can work in good conditions. I keep an eye on little details and make sure you enjoy every second of your day!

I can be by your side the day before and/or the day after the wedding if needed. This option is to add to the D-Day coordination (rate on demand).

The day before :
– furniture installation
– laic ceremony installation
– deliveries coordination 

The day after :
– brunch installation
– furniture deinstallation
– laic ceremony deinstallation

Some additional fees can occur, such as :
– travel expenses
– accommodation expenses
– meal costs

You are of course aware of these additional expenses before billing.
