Full service planning is the rock star service! You will find below what is included.

Firstly, we meet at your place, in a café or by Skype to get to know each other. During this meeting I identify your needs, wishes, your story and your budget so I can create your tailored wedding plan. In it, you will find the detailed list of the services you want and their costs. At the end, the estimated budget of your wedding (including my full service planning), so you can easily look at the big picture !

We can meet as many times as you need, by appointment only, at your place, in a café or by Skype.

I am available to answer all your questions (and to help you relax when the stress is here !) by email, phone call or messages. My favorite way to communicate : a group message with you two so you both are aware of what is happening.

I create your tailored annual schedule, so you can have an clear overview on what is to come until the D-Day.  It includes all my missions in the organization of your wedding and all yours month by month, so you can’t forget anything !

After a perfect understanding of your wishes, I advise you on the vendors that fit your wedding best. All the vendors I am working with are talented, professional and they are very nice people too! In my opinion, relations with the vendors are of the most importance, that’s why I highly recommend to meet all of them at least once.

You directly sign the contracts with the vendors. My job is to check that everything is legal, that your demands have been considered and I help you following the payments schedule.

The estimated budget given in your wedding plan is a work basis, it doesn’t exactly fit the final cost. My role is to make sure that you stick to the initial budget as much as possible, so you won’t empty your bank account!

We visit the venue together if possible, at least once. Then I organize a technical visit with the vendors few weeks before the wedding, so they can check that they have everything they need on site. This way they will be prepared and ready to work faster on the D-Day.

Few months before the wedding I draw the schedule up, having in mind : all the ceremonies, commuting between the venues, your wishes and needs. Once you approved it, I share this schedule with the vendors and make sure they have each other’s contact information. 

From the first meeting to the D-Day, I coordinate your interactions with the vendors. I also make sure they get to know each other before the wedding so they can work together properly.

I will be by your side all day to guide your guests, respect the planning and ensure that the vendors can work in good conditions. I keep an eye on little details and make sure you enjoy every second of your day!

Venues often offer enough accommodation so everyone can sleep on site. If not, I can provide a list of facilities close to your venue.

Once a month you receive a follow up email so you can keep track on what’s going on. That way you can see what is done and what is still to come before the wedding. Those exchanges allow to refine your wishes and adjust things if needed.

My job as a wedding planner is mostly about the wedding reception. However, I provide advise and best adresses for your wedding dress, suit, rings and accessories (only in this full service planning option).

Some additional fees can occur, such as :
– travel expenses
– accommodation expenses
– meal costs

You are of course aware of these additional expenses before billing.

I can be by your side the day before and/or the day after the wedding if needed. This option is to add to the D-Day coordination (rate on demand).

The day before :
– furniture installation
– laic ceremony installation
– deliveries coordination 

The day after :
– brunch installation
– furniture deinstallation
– laic ceremony deinstallation
